The purchase of digital products, including sample packs, synth banks and all our other downloadable material is subject to the following terms and conditions. Consumers are advised to review carefully before making any purchase:

Payment & Refund Policy

Since your purchase is a digital product, it is deemed 'used' after download and, as digital downloads cannot be returned (unlike a physical item such as a T-shirt), all purchases made on www.futurephonic.co.uk are strictly non-refundable or exchangeable, with the exception of Rhythmizer. 

Rhythmizer 2.1

Rhythmizer VST/AU is the only product in our range which offers the technological possibilities to be protected via a license key, which you are granted and issued automatically upon successful purchase. As such, we are able to refund customers of Rhythmizer within 30 days of purchase. 

Other Exceptions

We generally do not make exceptions to our no-refund policy, but if you believe that you have a legitimate case, please reach out at info@futurephonic.co.uk

Why we stand by this

We enforce our no-refund policy on digital goods with extra confidence due to the effort we put in to provide you with all of the information you need on our product pages, from the product demos, through the lengthy descriptions, to the bullet-pointed feature sections towards the bottom of each page. It is your responsibility to assess product information before making orders and we cannot offer refunds on the terms of misunderstandings if the relevant information is in fact clearly presented to you.

If you do not receive the digital product link upon purchasing, please contact info@futurephonic.co.uk with your transaction/payment details and we will help you out as quickly as possible.
